Highly recommended!
This is not a formal class but rather a highly recommended, fortnightly group Zoom meeting for anyone to join who has attended a course.
The information I provide in the face-to-face courses are designed for practice at home leading up to your birth. Since then, perhaps you have been advised that caesarean birth is recommended or you have been advised to be induced. Whatever questions or needs you have after completing a course with me, please get in contact. This service is free of charge.
